A Bavarian and a Brazilian = ButterBoyz
Who we are and what we want?
We met in 2011 in the French capital of gastronomy: Lyon.
In French cuisine, butter is a very important ingredient and is still produced by some producers in the traditional way, in churn.
During our apprenticeship with The Paul Bocuse Institut we, the Boyz, had the luck to taste the best French butter. The taste and texture of this butter is unique and has stuck in our heads to this day.
After several years in the catering and hotel business, we realized that there is no butter in Germany or Austria that comes close and can evoke these memories.
That's why we decided to take it into our own hands, using the best Bavarian products and the best Allgäu draft butter to create unique taste sensations and make Bavarian butter known nationwide.
